Motorola DROID Turbo is a lot better than the Galaxy Grand Neo, with a 77.9 score against 60.4. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS, but Motorola DROID Turbo has newer 4.4.4 version and Galaxy Grand Neo has Android 4.2, giving some nice extra features. The Motorola DROID Turbo is a newer cellphone than Galaxy Grand Neo, but it is somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier.
