Galaxy Nexus CDMA is an much older device than Galaxy Grand Neo, but it's just a bit lighter and just a little thinner anyway. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Nexus CDMA has 4.2.2 version and Galaxy Grand Neo has Android 4.2.

The Galaxy Nexus CDMA features a better display than Galaxy Grand Neo, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a lot better 1280 x 720px resolution.
