The iPhone 7 Plus has a general score of 83.8, which is much better than the Galaxy J5 (2017)'s score of 71.8. IPhone 7 Plus is an older and somewhat heavier phone than Galaxy J5 (2017), but Apple was able to make it just a little bit thinner anyway. Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a little better processing power than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has 4 lesser cpu cores , it also counts with more RAM memory.
IPhone 7 Plus features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because it has a little bit larger display, a higher display pixel density and a way better 1080 x 1920px resolution. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
Galaxy J5 (2017) has a bit better battery life than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus shoots clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a camera in the back with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution.
