Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is a bit better than the Galaxy J5 (2017)'s 71.8 general score. The Xiaomi Mi 5s is an older and a little thicker phone than Galaxy J5 (2017), but Xiaomi managed to make it a bit lighter anyway. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has lesser cpu cores , it also counts with more RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also has a much greater pixels density and a way better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Xiaomi Mi 5s features a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 5s takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy J5 (2017), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light photography and videos and a lower 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
