The iPhone 8 has a general score of 85, which is better than Galaxy J7 (2017)'s score of 73.5. Even though iPhone 8 and the Galaxy J7 (2017) were released only 3 months apart, iPhone 8 is a little bit thinner and lighter. The iPhone 8 counts with just a bit better looking display than Galaxy J7 (2017), although it has a little smaller screen, a way worse 750 x 1334 pixels resolution and a just a bit inferior number of pixels per inch in the display.
