The OnePlus 9 Pro has a global score of 76.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy J7 (2018)'s 72.5 overall score. The OnePlus 9 Pro construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy J7 (2018), but it is a little bit heavier. The OnePlus 9 Pro has a much better screen than Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a way better resolution of 1440 x 3216px, a bigger display and a way higher screen pixel density.
The OnePlus 9 Pro features just a bit bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 9 Pro features a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
OnePlus 9 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for capturing photos and videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a back facing camera with a way better 48 MP resolution, a lot larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
The OnePlus 9 Pro has improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018), because it has a 36% greater battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy J7 (2018), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy J7 (2018). If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy J7 (2018), and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
