LG V50 ThinQ has a global score of 83.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2's 75.3 score. These phones have Android operating system, but LG V50 ThinQ has the older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although it's the best we are comparing here, the LG V50 ThinQ body is a little thicker and just a little heavier than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2.
