The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is better than Galaxy J7 Prime 2, with an 87.1 score against 75.3. Even being the best phone in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Galaxy J7 Prime 2. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a superior processor than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 3 GB more RAM memory.
