Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2, with a general score of 79.3 against 75.3. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 edge+ has an older 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 has Android 9.0 Pie.
