Google Nexus 5 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, getting a score of 76 against 73.1. The Google Nexus 5 is a incredibly lighter device than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, but they are equally thin. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 5 has older 4.4.3 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Google Nexus 5 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has lesser processing cores , and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Google Nexus 5 also counts with an additional graphics processor. Although Google Nexus 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy J7 Star, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy J7 Star. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 5, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy J7 Star, giving up a couple features and specs.
