Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star's general score of 73.1. Despite of the fact that Galaxy Note Edge is older than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, it's construction is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a much higher amount of pixels per inch of display, a little bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a graphics processor.

The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing photos or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a more megapixels camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.

The Galaxy J7 Star counts with a greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy J7 Star also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 400 GB. Galaxy J7 Star counts with a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note Edge, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, letting go some specifications.
