Galaxy Note9 is better than Galaxy J7 Star, getting a score of 87.1 against 73.1. The Galaxy Note9 is an a little thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than Galaxy J7 Star. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a better processing unit than Galaxy J7 Star, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.

Galaxy Note9 features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, because it has a lot more pixels per inch in the screen, a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a larger display.
