Even though the iPhone 7 Plus is older and just a little bit heavier than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's design is still thinner. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a much sharper screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), and although they both have a display with the same size, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus also has a lot greater number of pixels per inch of display and a way higher 1080 x 1920px resolution.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus has a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The iPhone 7 Plus features just a bit better performance than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018) counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 14 percent more battery capacity.
