Motorola DROID Turbo has a global score of 77.9, which is a bit better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s 71.9 global score. Although Motorola DROID Turbo is way older and a lot thicker than Galaxy J7 V (2018), it's construction is still just a little bit lighter. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Motorola DROID Turbo has older 4.4.4 version while Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with more RAM and a GPU. The Motorola DROID Turbo features a much better looking screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much better pixels density and a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Motorola DROID Turbo is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it an easy decision.
