Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is much better than the Galaxy J7 V (2018)'s overall score of 71.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy J7 V (2018) has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy Note Edge is an much older cellphone than the Galaxy J7 V (2018), but Samsung managed to build it a little lighter and just a little bit thinner.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a lot better screen than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because it has a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440, a little bit larger screen and much more pixels per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy J7 V (2018), because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a GPU and 1 GB more RAM.

The Galaxy J7 V (2018) features more memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy J7 V (2018) also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB.
