Although it's the best phone in this comparison, Motorola DROID Turbo's construction is a little heavier and way thicker than the Galaxy J7. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola DROID Turbo has 4.4.4 version while Galaxy J7 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy J7, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a GPU. The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with an incredibly better display than Galaxy J7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel density and a much better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.

Motorola DROID Turbo counts with more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Motorola DROID Turbo features a much better camera than Galaxy J7, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking images or videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video definition and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has improved battery life than Galaxy J7, because it has a 30% larger battery capacity.
