Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has the older 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy M10 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is an older and somewhat heavier device than Galaxy M10, but Samsung made it just a little thinner anyway.
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a little faster processor than Galaxy M10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy C9 Pro has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy M10, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1080 x 1920px and more pixels per inch of display.
Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a bit bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M10, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 256 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy C9 Pro takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy M10, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a F1.9 aperture, the Galaxy C9 Pro also has a back facing camera with a higher resolution.
