Galaxy M12 has a global score of 80, which is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's overall score of 76.4. Although Galaxy M12 is heavier than Motorola Droid Turbo, it's somewhat thinner and a lot newer. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M12 has the previous 10 version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4.
The Motorola Droid Turbo has a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot better display density and a lot better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The Motorola Droid Turbo features a little bit better performance than Galaxy M12, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU.
