Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M12, with an 88 score against 80. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy M31s has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version, giving you some extra features and a performance increase. Galaxy M31s is a a little lighter and a bit thinner cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy M12, even when both were released with only 7 months difference.
Galaxy M31s has a sharper display than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy M31s also has a lot higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a better number of pixels per display inch. Galaxy M31s has a slightly bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M12, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB against 1 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
Galaxy M31s has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy M31s also has 2 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy M12, because it has a camera in the back with a way better 64 MP resolution, a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger camera aperture for better images and video in low light environments.
Galaxy M31s's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery performance in Galaxy M12.
