Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M13 has older 12 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version.
The Motorola DROID Turbo features a better display than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better pixels density. The Galaxy M13 features a bit better processor than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
Motorola DROID Turbo features as much memory for games and applications as the Galaxy M13, both of them have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Motorola DROID Turbo features a slightly better camera than Galaxy M13, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures in poorly lited situations and a lot lower resolution camera.
The Galaxy M13 counts with better battery performance than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has a 28% more battery capacity.
