The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy M20's 78.9 overall score. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S23 Ultra has 13 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10, so it gives some extra features and increased performance.
