The Sony Xperia 5 has a superior memory to install applications and games than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB, the Sony Xperia 5 also has 128 GB internal memory. Galaxy M20 counts with a really longer battery duration than Xperia 5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3140mAh.
