The Galaxy M20 has a general score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than Xperia XZ1's overall score of 78.3. The Galaxy M20 design is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Xperia XZ1. The Sony Xperia XZ1 features a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy M20. They have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 features a little bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixel amount per inch in the screen. The Xperia XZ1 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way more mega-pixels back camera, a much higher video definition and a way bigger sensor.
Xperia XZ1 counts with much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xperia XZ1 also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a really longer battery performance than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
