Comparison review
The Sony Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M20, having a 79.6 score against 78.9. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia XZ3 has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features. Although it's the best we compare here, the Sony Xperia XZ3 is an a little heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy M20.
Sony Xperia XZ3 has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M20. Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Xperia XZ3 counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 2880 resolution.
The Xperia XZ3's storage to store more apps and games is very similar to Samsung Galaxy M20's one, both have the same internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy M20 has a much longer battery duration than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Xperia XZ3 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photography, it also counts with a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution, a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a way bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
