The Galaxy M21 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ1, with a score of 84.1 against 78.3. The Galaxy M21 body is much newer, but heavier and thicker than the Sony Xperia XZ1. The Xperia XZ1 features a little better processing power than Galaxy M21. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy M21 features just a bit better looking screen than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a quite worse pixel quantity in each inch in the display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a larger display.
