Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a general score of 84.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy M30's 82.4 score. Even though Asus ROG Phone 5 is noticeably newer than Galaxy M30, it is much heavier and thicker. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a quite better 1080 x 2448 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has 2 GB more RAM. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and photographs, a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography in poorly lited situations.
Galaxy M30 features a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 5, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy M30 also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Asus ROG Phone 5 features greater battery life than Galaxy M30, because it has a 20 percent larger battery size.
