Comparison review

Galaxy M30 is a little bit better than the Galaxy A8 Star, getting an 82.4 score against 82.1. Although the Galaxy M30 and the Galaxy A8 Star were released with only 6 months difference, Galaxy M30's design is a little lighter but also a bit thicker than the Galaxy A8 Star. Both phones in our current comparison come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so both of them should provide identical OS features.

Galaxy A8 Star counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy M30. They have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. Galaxy M30 and Galaxy A8 Star both count with similar displays, although the Galaxy A8 Star has a bit worse display pixel density, a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a little smaller screen.
