The Galaxy M30 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, with an 82.4 score against 81.5. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Galaxy M30 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13 version, so it provides you a couple additional features and a performance increase.
Galaxy M30 features a way better performance than Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy M30 and the Galaxy S23 Ultra count with similar displays, although the Galaxy S23 Ultra also has a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a quite bigger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3080.
Samsung Galaxy M30 counts with much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. Galaxy S23 Ultra has a battery performance that's just as good as Galaxy M30's battery life.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a greater camera than Galaxy M30, because it has a bigger aperture for better low-light captures, a lot bigger back camera sensor shooting much better quality photos and videos and a way better 200 mega pixels resolution back camera.
