Galaxy M30s has a score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra's general score of 77. The Galaxy M30s construction is much newer, but thicker and a little bit heavier than the HTC U Ultra. The Galaxy M30s features a bit better processing unit than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy M30s also has a higher number of cores.
HTC U Ultra features a bit better looking display than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560px resolution and a better pixel quantity in each inch of screen. HTC U Ultra has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M30s, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy M30s counts with a better camera than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy M30s also counts with a lot higher resolution back camera and a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
Samsung Galaxy M30s counts with a very superior battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
