Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M30s has a score of 83.3, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 score. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M30s has 11 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version, so it offers lots of additional features and enhanced performance. Even though Samsung Galaxy M30s is a better device than the Huawei P40 Lite, we must highlight that it is also a little thicker and a bit heavier.
The Huawei P40 Lite's CPU is very similar to the Galaxy M30s one, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Huawei P40 Lite and Samsung Galaxy M30s feature very similar displays, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a little bit worse 1080 x 2310 resolution and a quite lower display pixels density, they both have a display of the same size.
Galaxy M30s counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy M30s features a superior battery duration than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 43% greater battery capacity.
Galaxy M30s shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography, and they both have a 0.5 inches sensor and the same resolution back camera, the Galaxy M30s also counts with a much better (4K) video definition.
