Comparison review
The Galaxy M30s is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A40, getting an 83.3 score against 79.6. Both devices in this review include the same Android 11 operating system, so both should give all the same OS features. Although it's the best cellphone we are comparing, Galaxy M30s is a somewhat thicker and way heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A40.
Samsung Galaxy A40 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also counts with a just a bit better pixels density. The Galaxy M30s features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A40. They have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy A40 has as much memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as Samsung Galaxy M30s, both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB and the same 64 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy M30s counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3100mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s captures a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way more megapixels back facing camera, a way higher (4K) video quality and a much larger back camera sensor.
