Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than the Galaxy M30s, with a global score of 98.9 against 83.3. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Galaxy M30s has Android 11, so it provides a lot of extra features and performance enhancements. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design is newer and a bit thinner, but also a bit heavier than Galaxy M30s.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy M30s, because it has a quite higher count of pixels per inch in the display, a little bit larger display and a better 1440 x 3088 resolution. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M30s, because it has a way higher video definition, a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos, a way higher 108 MP resolution back camera and a lot bigger sensor.
Galaxy M30s counts with better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 33% larger battery size.
