The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M30s, with a 98 score against 83.3. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy M30s, but they are equally thin. These phones have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M30s has Android 11, giving you some nice extra features.
