Xiaomi 14T has a score of 83.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy M30s's 83.3 overall score. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 14T has the newer 14 version while Galaxy M30s has Android 11, so it gives lots of additional features and a performance increase. Although Xiaomi 14T is a little bit heavier than the Galaxy M30s, it's thinner and noticeably newer.
The Xiaomi 14T counts with a much better display than Galaxy M30s, because it has a slightly better resolution of 1220 x 2712px, a bit bigger display and a quite better pixel density. Galaxy M30s has a much powerful processor than Xiaomi 14T, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xiaomi 14T has more storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M30s, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy M30s counts with greater battery performance than Xiaomi 14T, because it has a 20% bigger battery capacity.
Xiaomi 14T takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi 14T also has better video frame rates, a lot bigger camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photographs, a more mega pixels back-facing camera and a larger diafragm aperture.
