Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto G 5G's 81.5 overall score. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version while Motorola Moto G 5G has Android 10. The Galaxy M31 is an older phone than the Motorola Moto G 5G, but it is somewhat thinner and a little lighter anyway.
Galaxy M31 counts with a bit better looking screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a bit better pixel number per screen inch. The Galaxy M31 features a little bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy M31 also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 shoots better pictures and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking pictures or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution.
Moto G 5G has a bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Moto G 5G also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with improved battery duration than Moto G 5G, because it has a 20 percent larger battery capacity.
