Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is much better than the Motorola Moto G8 Power's score of 76. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M31 has newer 11 version and Motorola Moto G8 Power has Android 10, so it provides some nice extra features. Even though Samsung Galaxy M31 and Motorola Moto G8 Power were released only 1 months apart, Samsung Galaxy M31 is just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter.
Galaxy M31 has just a little better performance than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy M31 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a just a bit better display pixels density and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
The Galaxy M31 takes greater photos and videos than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a way larger sensor taking way better quality videos and photos.
Motorola Moto G8 Power's memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Galaxy M31 one, both have the same internal storage and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with improved battery duration than Moto G8 Power, because it has a 20% larger battery capacity.
