Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than Galaxy S25, having an 86.5 score against 82.6. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy M31 has older 11 version and Galaxy S25 has Android 14. Galaxy M31 has a very superior processing power than Galaxy S25, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
