Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a general score of 86.5, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Black Shark 2's 82.3 overall score. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has Android 10, so it gives you a lot of extra features. The Galaxy M31 body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, but it's a little lighter.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a screen that is very similar to the display in Galaxy M31, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a quite brighter screen, they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a display of the same size and the same pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy M31 has more storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy M31 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also has a much more mega pixels camera in the back and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy M31 counts with a very superior battery life than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
