Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is much better than the Google Pixel 3a's global score of 78.8. These devices include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy M31s construction is newer than Google Pixel 3a's, although it's somewhat thicker and extremely heavier.
Google Pixel 3a counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit greater amount of pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy M31s counts with a little bit better performance than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy M31s also has more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s has a way better battery life than Google Pixel 3a, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Galaxy M31s takes much better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a same size aperture, the Galaxy M31s also has a way more MP back-facing camera and a way larger sensor.
