Comparison review
The Galaxy M31s is much better than HTC One M9, with a general score of 88 against 77.7. The Galaxy M31s is a notably newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than HTC One M9, but it's also much heavier. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M31s has 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0.
HTC One M9 has a brighter screen than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher amount of pixels in each screen inch. Samsung Galaxy M31s features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The HTC One M9 counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy M31s, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics processing unit. The Galaxy M31s shoots much clearer photos and videos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy M31s also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos, a much larger sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos and a way higher 64 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
The Galaxy M31s has a really longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 2840mAh.
