Samsung Galaxy M31s has a global score of 88, which is slightly better than the LG G8 ThinQ's 84.3 overall score. Samsung Galaxy M31s's design is newer than the LG G8 ThinQ's, but it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M31s has older 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy M31s. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a better screen than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution.
Galaxy M31s shoots much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting pictures in low light environments and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M31s also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a much better battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
