The Galaxy M31s is just a bit better than Nokia XR20, having a global score of 88 against 80.8. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy M31s is older than Nokia XR20, it's body is way lighter and somewhat thinner. These devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
