Although it's the best device in this comparison review, Galaxy M31s's construction is a bit heavier and somewhat thicker than the OnePlus 8 Pro. OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better CPU than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a brighter display than Galaxy M31s, because it has a better 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution, a quite larger screen and a higher pixel density. OnePlus 8 Pro features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a way worse 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, and they both have the same aperture, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with a larger camera sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a much greater memory to store more apps and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31s features greater battery lifetime than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has a 33% larger battery capacity.
