Galaxy M31s has a general score of 88, which is much better than the Galaxy M20's overall score of 78.9. The Galaxy M31s body is newer, but just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Galaxy M20. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy M31s has 11 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10, so it provides a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.
Galaxy M31s counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a bit lower number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has 128 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has more RAM. Galaxy M31s takes much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy M20, because it has a way larger sensor which provides a way higher photo and video quality, a way higher 3840x2160 video quality, a much more mega pixels back camera and a larger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited environments.
The Galaxy M31s features superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
