Galaxy Note 20 is slightly better than the Galaxy M31s, with a global score of 90.8 against 88. Galaxy Note 20's construction is a bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy M31s, even when both of them were only released 1 months apart. The Galaxy Note 20 features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM.
Galaxy Note 20 counts with a display that's very similar to the display in Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although the Galaxy Note 20 has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bigger screen. Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a lot better 64 mega-pixels resolution camera, a bigger back camera sensor taking better quality pictures and videos and higher 30 fps video frame rate.
Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s has a much better battery duration than Galaxy Note 20, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 4300mAh.
