Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is much better than the Galaxy M31s's 88 overall score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Galaxy M31s has Android 11 version, providing you some nice extra features and optimized performance. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is just a little bit heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy M31s, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because it has a little bit bigger display, a just a bit higher pixels quantity in each display inch and a higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with slightly more memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
