The Samsung Galaxy M31s has a general score of 88, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Note3's general score of 77.7. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M31s has older 11 version while Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. The Samsung Galaxy M31s design is extremely newer, but thicker and heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note3.
