Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M31s's 88 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Samsung Galaxy M31s has Android 11, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Galaxy S20 is a somewhat lighter and thinner phone than the Samsung Galaxy M31s, although both were only released 5 months apart.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater display pixel density and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. Galaxy S20 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with a better camera than Galaxy S20, and although they both have a 0.59 inches back camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has faster video frame rate and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
Galaxy S20 features slightly more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy S20 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Galaxy M31s counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has a 50 percent greater battery size.
