Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is better than Galaxy M31s's 88 overall score. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Galaxy M31s has Android 11. Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy M31s were released only a few months apart, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is a little bit heavier but just a bit thinner than Galaxy M31s.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little faster processor than Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM.
