Comparison review
Galaxy S25 Ultra is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M31s, with a score of 90.7 against 88. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a a lot lighter and noticeably thinner phone than Samsung Galaxy M31s. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Samsung Galaxy M31s has Android 11, providing some additional features.
Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy M31s, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a little bit higher screen density and a little larger screen.
